Business Pricing FAQ

Is there a setup fee for business accounts?

No setup fee for Starter, Growth, and Scale plans. Enterprise may have a one-time onboarding fee depending on custom integration requirements. Virtual account setup and company registration are optional add-ons with separate fees.

What counts toward my monthly processing limit?

Your monthly processing limit includes the total USD value of all crypto payments received through your payment gateway, plus any OTC conversions. Card issuance and internal transfers do not count toward this limit.

Can I downgrade my business plan?

Yes. You can downgrade at the start of your next billing cycle. If you downgrade mid-cycle from Growth or Scale, you'll keep your higher-tier features until the cycle ends.

Are transaction fees deducted automatically?

Yes. Transaction fees are deducted automatically from each incoming payment. Your dashboard shows gross amount received, fee deducted, and net balance in real-time.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly billing for Starter, Growth, and Scale plans. Contact our sales team for Enterprise annual agreements.
